Sushil Ansal, Chairman and Visionary
Mr. Sushil Ansal is the Chairman of Ansal API, one of Indias leading real estate infrastructure conglomerates. He is also a philanthropist and public-spirited citizen of renown. Regarded as one of the doyens of the real estate development business in India, Ansal was primarily responsible, in the early 1970s, for changing the skyline of downtown Delhi and converting the Connaught Place area into a contemporary central business district, with the capitals first high rise buildings.

Director - Prof. H. S. Saxena

Prof. H. S. Saxena, A Ph.D scholar from IIT ,Mumbai hold international and national research and teaching experience. He worked as Professor in the Department of Mathematics & Statistics, University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and was founding faculty of International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Dr. Saxena was awarded Senior Research Fellowship and PostDoctoral Fellowship from Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Delhi. He has been associated with Ansal Institute of Technology (AIT) Gurgoan for the last 11 years and played key role as Deputy Director in its development. Executive Director - Prof. M.P. Singh

Prof. M.P. Singh, a Fulbright scholar, has been awarded the prestigious Knight of the Order of Academic Palms by the Prime Minister of the French Republic and Distinguished Service Award by IIT, Delhi. Prof. M.P. Singh earned his Doctorate from University of Maryland, USA and worked in Ivy League College Cornell University followed by one year stint at NASA before joining IIT as founding faculty member. He has played a trail-blazing role in developing multidisciplinary programs in the country. He represented India in the scientific delegation to the then Soviet Union in 1988 and in the Indo-US Subcommission on Science and Technology in 1985 and 1987. He was a member of the Indian delegation to attend the prestigious Science and Technology initiative meet in 1983, the so-called Blue Ribbon Panel on Meteorology set up by the then Indian Prime Minister, Mrs. Indira Gandhi and then USA President, Mr. Ronald Reagan. He was a member of ICSU International Committee for the International Decade for Natural Disaster Reduction during 19901992. He has supervised 27 students for the award of PhD Degree.. He has published about 100 research papers in journals of International repute.

Our students are given general counseling in the institute for the preparation of their visa documentation and individually counseled for the interview. No one can guarantee a visa to any one, which is the sole prerogative of the Embassy/High Commission, but we try to make Embassy officials aware of the Institute credentials and standing to enlighten them about the genuineness of the students applying for Visa from AITM to study in the US. We advise our students to stay in the University Campus at least for the first semester at the end of which they are aware of their surroundings and where about. Our counterparts in the US also take care of the students to settle down so that they do not end up in the wrong places. The Indian students already in the University also help the new incoming students which is the normal trend the world over. How is the security of the students from your institute placed in USA taken care of ? USA has a very strong law and order culture. In the University campus policing and control rooms exist appropriately. Students are given enough counseling about the behavior and way of life which has to be followed in the country so that they do not end up in inappropriate situations. Students enrolled in our programs who seek to transfer to the foreign universities will be transferred under our MOU with the respective overseas University. The students will have to fulfill the admission requirements as per the MOU which includes a specified CGPA/TOEFL/IELTS score and completing the requisite course work at the Institute. All these formalities and requirements will have to be completed by the student. How is the student helped in the matter of education loan to pursue higher studies in the US? Students can apply for student loans from banks of his choice on his own or he can apply to the Banks with whom we have a tie-up eg. UCO Bank, Axis Bank, etc. What is the minimum salary package that one get in US? Approximately US $ 36000 - 70,000 per annum How AITM helps in getting a permanent residency for the student placed in US? Permanent Residency is acquired as per Immigration Policy of the country. However, while we admit students to our twinning program, we do not promise permanent residency (PR) in the US. Our objective is to provide them good opportunity of learning based on the US system of education and getting opportunity for OPT based on which our students acquire extraordinary experience for getting placement in MNCs in India.
