Yorkshire and Humber Learning Disability Leadership & Networks Map 2014

In 2013 we worked with people in Yorkshire & Humber to find out what groups or networks are still working to support people with Learning Disabilities after all the big changes over the last couple of years We wanted to get a short list that would help us all stay connected and sharing the work we are doing We have only listed groups that focus their work on people with Learning Disabilities and their families. If we have missed anything you think is important or made any mistakes please let us know by e mailing info@inclusionnorth.org Weve put this in 3 sections 1. The main groups across Yorkshire & Humber We have listed the groups or networks that work across Yorkshire and Humber or most of it. 2. The big national groups or networks We have listed the groups or networks across England or the whole country. 3. How you can find out more about local groups linked to Partnership Boards or groups led by people with Learning Disabilities and their families At the Leadership Group meeting in December 2013 we found out that there are groups of people with Learning Disabilities, family members and professionals working on lots of local issues. We have not listed them all here but if you cannot find what you are looking for in this section get in touch and we will try to help.
