Third year student pursuing a degree in Biomedical Sciences looking for a position as a Supplemental Instructor for PCB 3703C Human Physiology. My strong grasp of human physiology along with personal experience of tutoring can best assist students in understanding human physiology.

January 2011 Collected money and directed 25 students to various roles and tasks such as handing out schedules and renting out lockers.

Head Camp Counselor for iBrick Academy


July 2009 Assisted and was in charge of two groups of 25 children ages 7 to 13, and all counselors. Responsibilities including keeping children and counselors on task and assisting students with the programming and construction of their robots. Contributed 40 hours a week for 2 weeks.

Timber Creek High School Media Center Reconstruction: Head Leader


Directed and gave roles to 15 students such as moving shelves, hundreds of boxes of books, organizing boxes, and reshelving books. Contributed 50 hours a week for 2 weeks.

Tutoring
Fall 2007 to May 2011 Tutored classes from English, Math, and Science over the course of four years. Helped several students raise their grades from a B to an A. Contributed 8 hours a week.

Medical Internship and Shadowing of Medical Professional


Worked as a medical intern observer under the leadership of Matthew Rohrbach M.D. for 200 hours. Studied under Dr. Rohrbach as well as a number of other physicians, surgeons, medical technicians, and researchers at the Huntington Internal Medicine Group in West Virginia. Contributed 50 hours a week for 4 weeks.
