Please use the following flowcharts to help you to diagnose what is wrong with your printer. When the flowcharts call for a product to be returned to PC-PoS, please use the following procedure: 1. Phone the PC-PoS technical department on 01256- 331049 and ask for an RMA Request Form. 2. An RMA Request Form will be sent to you via a fax. 3. Fill out the RMA Request Form with as much detail as possible. 4. An RMA Reply will be sent back to you with an RMA number on it. 5. Attach this reply to the goods to be returned and arrange for a delivery to us. Some of the following flowcharts discuss changing the Dip switch settings so that they are appropriate for the intended application. If you are not fully conversant with doing this then either contact your local dealer or contact the PC-PoS technical support department on 01256- 331049. These flowcharts are intended as a basic fault finding guide only and we do not encourage any repair to the internal mechanisms or electronic components by non- PC-PoS technical staff as this will render the warranty invalid. If you have any questions regarding this matter then contact the PCPoS technical support department on 01256- 331049.
