e-WOOF is a bi-monthly

e-newsletter produced by a small group of Wyoming dog rescuers in an effort to highlight shelter dogs in critical need of help.

I am neutered and appear to like men, women, kids, dogs, cats, and livestock. I am also housebroken. I dont jump fences, and I Iove all dog treats and playing outside. I am a laid back, friendly, and loving guy who needs space to play. Oh yes, I enjoy going for walks, and will go as far as someone wants to take me on a walk. How can anyone resist such a good looking and friendly guy even if I say so myself. Please come meet me and lets get acquainted. Maybe we can become a family?! CHICA is a Heeler mix, 1-1/2 years old. Hey, everyone, Chica here! Did you happen to notice my gorgeous red color with dark brindle tones? I like to go for walks, and I am ready to go the minute I see you with a leash in your hand. Im a happygo-lucky, full of life sort of girl who is up for any fun activity: jogging, walking, or chasing a ball. Every night before I go to sleep, I pray for a new family to adopt me and give me a warm and loving home. I have lots of love to give in return. Please come meet me and lets go for a walk! BENTLEY is a German Shepherd mix, 3 years old. Im a beautiful,
fun, young dog who enjoys the world! I am happy, friendly, and I enjoy a walk. Im neutered, and about 3 years old. I enjoy treats and doing lots of sniffing when I am on a walk. It would probably be best if I had a home without cats or other small animals. Before I came to the pound, I lived with another dog about my same size, and we were good buddies. Spring will be here in a couple of months, and I hope I have a new family to go on walks then. You can find me waiting at the pound. e-WOOF spotlights many dogs that face euthanasia within days unless they are rescued, fostered, or adopted.
Transport can be arranged, in most cases, to approved adoptive or foster homes or rescue organizations. Please help us! These are good, healthy, happy, loving dogs that are out of luck and out of time. We urge you to crosspost to e-mail lists and Web groups, forward to friends, send to co-workers, and share with family. We hope our efforts, combined with yours, will save many lives.

He has lots of energy and loves to play, but also is a huge lover! He thinks he is a lap dog, and just wants to be close to you. He would probably be best in a home without cats or small children; his energy level may be a little intimidating for a small child.

a bit of a colorful past with an owner who abused her, so she can be a little timid at first. Once you arent a stranger anymore it is hard to tell that she had ever been abused! She is playful and affectionate, and a great all-around dog! SOPHIA

BELLE is a 1- year old Bloodhound/Redbone Hound. She was

the Mama of a litter of adorable puppies who all found good homes, and now she is looking for her own forever family. She is a little weary of strangers at first, but once this girl warms up to you she is a doll! She is a loving girl with a sweet personality! ____________
