Introductions and Mission Statement Speakers: Christian Hill-Special Needs 360 ages 14-25, spectrum behavioral social skills needs Teen Support Group: Tuesdays at 5pm, $35per week, Ages: 18-21 Where: community Room at Woodman Valley Chapel (I-25 and Woodman) Positive Peer Mentoring and Support Groups Mentors for students from UCCS graduate programs (719)466-7997 Contact: christian@specialneeds360.com Kim Von Valkenberg: Spoke about transition aged students and their success with the 360 program. Personal stories were shared from students and families involved with Special Needs 360. This was followed by a question and answer session.

 There are 5 clients in a group with 2 clients served individually. They currently have 4 mentors and 2 in training. Christian oversees the mentors. Funding: Self Pay-Approved vendor through TRE Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Center: Location: Latigo Heritage Center Funding: Agency Partnership, Horses for Heros, Rider Support Fund Hippotherapy, Therapeutic Riding, Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy. Interagency Fair Tera Lynn @ CSBD is using Survey Monkey. Marsha will contact the ARC then Sonya about payment options. Sonya is to send distribution list to Tera Lynn Glenn and Gayle to modify Directory Flyer-to be completed by Julie and sent to Cindy Powell
