Chapter 4: Summary, Conclusion and Recommendation Conclusion should be based on the Statement of the Problem and it should be focused on the effects of breast milk. Include in the Recommendation: o to use Candida albicans instead of Saccharomyces cerivisiae o to use nutrient broth in preparing spread plate of microbe to achieve even growth of microorganism on the agar plate and for clearer view of zones of inhibition.
