What is the effect of the human breast milk to the following pathogens? a. Escherichia coli b. Staphylococcus aureus c. Saccharomyces cerevisiae 2. What is the effect of penicillin to the following pathogens? a. Escherichia coli b. Staphylococcus aureus c. Saccharomyces cerevisiae 3. What is the effect of fungisol to the following pathogens? a. Escherichia coli b. Staphylococcus aureus c. Saccharomyces cerevisiae 4. What is the effect of distilled water to the following pathogens? a. Escherichia coli b. Staphylococcus aureus c. Saccharomyces cerevisiae 5. Is there a significant difference of the antimicrobial effect of breast milk compared to the following? a. Penicillin

b. Fungisol c. Distilled water Hypothesis should be changed Improve Conceptual Framework; specify which is the experimental group and control group. Mention in the Scope and Limitation why Candida albicans is changed to Saccharomyces cerivisiae Explain in the Scope and Limitation why Fungisol and Penicillin are considered as your controls. Include in Review of Related Literature the Fungisol with regard to its uses on humans.

Chapter 2 : Research Methodology Mention in the Research Procedure the streaking method. Make a Flow chart of Data Collection Procedure Chapter 3 : Presentation, Analysis and Interpretation of Data Discuss that Penicillin is not effective on Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The label of table should be placed on top of the table Emphasize treatment 4, 5 and 6 (breast milk) against treatment 1, 2 and 3 (Distilled water, Penicillin and Fungisol). Get the average of breast milk on the results and data. Change or revise discussion under each table. Chapter 4: Summary, Conclusion and Recommendation Conclusion should be based on the Statement of the Problem and it should be focused on the effects of breast milk. Include in the Recommendation: o to use Candida albicans instead of Saccharomyces cerivisiae o to use nutrient broth in preparing spread plate of microbe to achieve even growth of microorganism on the agar plate and for clearer view of zones of inhibition. Remove from the appendix the informed consent.
