1. Sri / Smt./Kum ___________________________________________________________ bearing Registration No._______________, a candidate for the post of Town Planning Assistants in A.P. Town & Country Planning Sub-Service - Notification No.46/2011 dt:.29.12.2011 is hereby informed that on the basis of results of Written Examination held on 24.06.2012 and his/her declaration in the online application that he/she possess requisite qualifications, age as per para 2 and 3 of the notification, he/she is provisionally admitted for certificate verification to be held on 06-02-2014 at the Office of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, Prathibha Bhavan, M.J.Road, Nampally, Hyderabad-500 001, to decide eligibility for selection process. 2. He/She is therefore directed to attend for verification of Certificates on 06.02.2014 at 10:00 AM along with the following Original Certificates and one set of Photostat copies duly attested by Gazetted Officer. S.No. 1 2 Original Certificates with a set of attested Photostat copies of the same to be produced Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent) in support of Minimum / Maximum age as on 01/07/2011. Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government Servant (Regular Service certificate from the concerned Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh/NCC Instructor Certificate). Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned Tahsildar/M.R.O./R.D.O). Creamy Layer exemption certificate from Revenue authorities, as per G.O.Ms.No.3, BC Welfare (C2) Dept., dated. 04/04/2006 in support of claim of reservation under BC Community. Candidate may download the format of creamy layer certificate from the Commissions Website www.apspsc.gov.in. Study Certificates from IV class to X class. In case, he/she has not studied in any Educational Institution and appeared for SSC Examination directly as Private candidate, he/she shall produce Residence certificate for 7 years prior to appearing SSC Examination. Essential Educational Qualifications : Must be an Associate Member of Institute of Town Planners (India) or an equivalent degree or Diploma in Town Planning from any recognized institution or Association. Prescribed for the Post as per Para 2 Notification No. 46/2011 (As per the clarification issued in G.O.Ms.No.267, M.A & UD(B2) Dept. dt:10/07/2012 candidates with B. Planning / B.Tech Planning qualifications are not eligible for this recruitment). Hall ticket of the Written Examination held on 24.06.2012 Check Lists in duplicate (two copies) duly filled in and signed by the candidate. Attestation forms in duplicate (two copies) duly filled in and attested by the Gazetted Officer. A latest Passport size photograph shall be affixed and got attested. 6 Latest Passport Size photos.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 3. The above Original Certificates should invariably be produced at the time of verification of documents failing which he/she will not be admitted for further process. No extension of time for production of any original certificate will be allowed for the reason whatsoever. 4. He/She shall download Check List, Attestation Format, Non-Creamy Layer certificate format (for B.Cs), Final break-up of vacancy position and Detailed Notification No.46/2011 from the Commissions website. 5. He/She should submit the check list and Attestation forms in duplicate (two copies each). The candidate shall affix his latest photograph on top of the Attestation forms duly attested by the Gazetted officer or Member of Central or State legislature. The candidate is also directed to affix his/ her latest passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer on the top of the each attestation form.

6. The candidate must note that this is only a verification of certificates and should not be construed as final selection. The candidature is subject to fulfillment of the conditions and other eligibility aspects with reference to the Commissions Notification No.46/2011, dated.29.12.2011. On verification, if the conditions laid down in the notification are not fulfilled by the candidate, his/her candidature will be rejected. 7. In the original certificates, in case of any omission(s) of letters in the names or mistake(s), those certificates shall be produced with necessary corrections duly attested by the concerned competent authority. 8. If any BC candidate claiming reservation fails to submit creamy layer exemption certificate, it is open for the Commission to treat him / her as an OC candidate in the selection. 9. If any candidate fails to submit the study / Residence certificate claiming as a local candidate, it is open for the Commission to treat him / her as non-local candidate for the purpose of selection. 10. In absence of any certificate, it is open for the Commission to decide on either side at its discretion. 11. The options / preferences exercised by the candidates with reference to Multi Zones, during verification will be considered as final. In case of failure / refusal to exercise the option, Commissions decision will be final. 12. The candidates are strictly prohibited from using of the cell phones in the premises of APPSC, during verification of certificates.

The disabled candidates shall undergo medical examination before State Medical Board or Civil 13. Assistant Surgeons, as the case may be, as directed by the Commission (probably on the next working day of certificates verification). The candidate who has to undergo for medical examination is required to pay RS. 600/- towards Medical Exam fee, to the hospital concerned.
