Unemployment

Definition,
Unemployment is defined as when a person is available to work and seeking work but currently without work. Unemployment is one of the most important social problem of not only Pakistan but the problem of all over the world. Unemployment is a central problem of Pakistan because when unemployment is high, resources are wasted and peoples incomes are depressed; during such periods, economics distress also spills over to affect peoples emotions and family lives. The socio economics system of Pakistan and institutions has failed to provide employment to the increasing labor force. This perception is supported by the fact that rural areas have less to offer as in urban areas industrial sector overcomes this drawback. ,ut as trade and industry re-uire skilled man power and people migrating from rural places to urban cities lack re-uired skills thus this increases unemployment in cities as well. This is when unemployment demonstrates its adverse economic impact.

Causes
There are different causes due to which unemployment occurs.. #* white collar .ob !* lack of education /* overpopulation "* smuggling '* market scope %* references (* economy slow down &* political instability $* lack of industries #)*Poor .ob performance.

1- Over population
The first and the most common cause of not only the unemployment but the cause of many other social problems are over population. +t causes poverty, inflation, unemployment, e.t.c. +t cause unemployment because if there are more people and less opportunities so their need will fulfilled and if there are limited .ob re-uirement and a large numbers of spectators so how will every one become employed so over population cause unemployment..

2- Lack of Education
0ur educational system is also responsible for increasing unemployment rate among the educated youth. The attitude of our youth towards the choice of a career is unrealistic and unproductive. 1apid mechani2ation and computer technology also causing unemployment.

3hite collar .ob means the respectable and honorable .ob. 4ow a day every one want to have these kinds of .obs but these .obs are very less in number so every one can not get these .obs and they do not want to get other unrespectable .obs and they remain unemployed.

+n our country smuggling is also causing unemployment because the smuggled product have low price as compare to those things which are produce in the industries and due to which the sale of produced product is decrease and if the sale is decreased so the producer is producing less numbers of products then there is no need of allot of workers so it cause unemployment.

5ain issue of unemployment in our country is that when ever a new technology comes as software or hardware then all the people starts studying about that and search the scope of market. Then at the end, you will see ten thousand students of a particular field about ' to #) .ob vacancies

4ow a days in our countries most of the .obs are reference based .obs so any common man who have no reference can not get a good .ob and he will not accept the unrespectable .ob and remain unemployed.

+f our economy is getting slower and slower so it means we are not producing well and have less sales and if the sales are less so owner will not able to pay wages to all hiss employees so he will kick out his employees which cause unemployment.

+ndustries are the important part of the success of any economy in our country the number of industry is very low as compare to other developing countries. +f we have more industries so more peoples can work there.

The political condition can also affect the rate of unemployment. ,ecause if there is bad political condition so the investors of other country will not invest in our country and then we can not make more industries.
