I am writing to inform you that there is a marijuana processing facility that has been proposed to open up in the near future at 5005 Ohio Av S , in the georgetown area. I believe that this location is in the building direct ly to the south of your haunted house at 5000 E Marginal Wy S. At this point the State's Liquor Control Board is still evaluating this business' application for a license to produce marijuana here. You would have the opportunity to object t o the state's granting them a license if you chose to do so. I thought it might be of concern to you since I'm sure many of your patrons to the haunted house ar e children and families. Some other potential concerns could be the strong odor associated with the production of the marijuana, and the possible increase in cr iminal activity in the area associated with the production of marijuana.
