In early 2013, we ran a 4month pilot of our training program and software.

Both products were rolled out in Zanzibars 2 largest government hospitals, and 1 laboratory.

Hospital repairs. 1. Morning: Technicians check outstanding work orders
Instructor-guided repairs in each hospital.

Classroom learning.

2. Complete their assigned work orders throughout day

Technicians were taught basic electrical engineering theory.

3. Afternoon: Update & close work orders; open new work orders as necessary

Independent project.
Technicians identified a need in the hospital and built a simple device to address it.
