DESCRIPTION CLEANSCALE I-131 is effective scale remover for boiler start-up. CLEANSCALE I-131 can be used as following conditions : Start-up after shut down boiler Start-up after chemical cleaning Start-up after long term stop operation Cleaning instead of alkaline boiling MAIN INGREDIENT Synthetic polymer. FEATURES

Remove iron sludge on boiler tube by synthetic polymer, which is contained in CLEANSCALE I-131. Corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel materials also combined in CLEANSCALE I-131. Remove oily matter from surface of carbon steel and inhibit forming by antifoaming agent. Easy to handle liquid type product.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

For boiler water treatment use only. Do not take internally. Avoid direct contact. In case of direct contact, wash affected area thoroughly with clean tap water. Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Do not empty containers for drinking water supplies.

APPLICATION METHOD

Feeding : Directly injected in the boiler from manhole or can be injected by using a chemical pump. Dosage : Inject 5 - 2000 ppm of CLEANSCALE I-131 against boiler holding water. For cleaning instead of alkaline boiling, boiler compound should be use together with CLEANSCALE I-131. Blow down control : Initial blow down rate should be controlled at 10 15%. After total iron content below 2 ppm, operate with normal blow down rate.
