The ONeill THE NEXT RIDE sweepstakes run on www.oneill.com/thenextride from 4 November 2013 until 31 January 2014. The prizes are: A ticket for the final winner and a friend to any major airport in the world (maximum value ! 4000.per ticket); 13 Philips | ONeill headphones with a value of ! 69,96 per headphone and a total value of ! 909,35

The following sweepstakes terms and conditions are made to provide clarity on many aspects. Please do not hesitate to contact us, via info@oneill.com, when you have any questions or remarks. 1. These sweepstakes are organized by O'NEILL TRADEMARK SERVICES B.V., Oosteinde 32, 2361 HE, Warmond, The Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as ONeill. 2. The sweepstakes are open from 4 November 2013 until 31 January 2014. 3. The ONeill THE NEXT RIDE sweepstakes, are open to all individuals that have reached the age of 18 and that participate for private purposes only. Directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and family members of ONeill, Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V. (Philips) or any of its affiliated companies and other persons involved in this sweepstakes are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. 4. Participants may enter the sweepstakes by uploading their own photos of themselves demonstrating their own unique interpretation of how music can make you forget where you are and transport you to #THENEXTRIDE, and tagging their photos with #THENEXTRIDE on either Instagram, Facebook or Twitter or by uploading it on www.oneill.com/thenextride. All entries will be redirected to www.oneill.com/thenextride. No purchase is necessary. 5. By entering into this sweepstakes and submitting photographic or video works, participants grant to ONeill and Philips a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to exploit the intellectual property as vested in the photographic or video work. Participants declare that they are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights of the uploaded and/or tagged photo and indemnify ONeill for any intellectual property claims regarding the uploaded and/or tagged photo. 6. Winners will be selected by ONeill at their sole discretion. Each week during the sweepstake period the winners posts will be featured on www.oneill.com/thenextride and/or ONeill social media channels and will be contacted by ONeill within 7 days via the (social media) channel that used to enter the sweepstake. From these 13 weekly winners an overall winner will be picked. The name of the overall winner will be announced on 7 February 2014. In the event that ONeill cannot for any reason get in contact with the winner within two weeks after the sweepstakes, ONeill reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion. 7. To join the sweepstakes, submissions must be received before the end of the sweepstakes period. ONeills decisions as to the administration and operation of the sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes and is not open for correspondence with ONeill. 8. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions allowed, except at ONeills sole discretion. The prizes, or any unused portion thereof, cannot be returned, are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 9. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. The winners may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions of the sweepstakes.

10. Participants accept that: Participants may not use the sweepstakes for the expression of political or religious ideas, pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence. ONeill has the right to refuse any entry which contains material which is offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory, or in any other way not in line with good taste and decency, or which ONeill deems in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable. Entries may not conflict with applicable law or regulations, or the rights of third parties, including without limitation featuring people who have not consented to their image being entered and featuring copy right protected works or names, logos and registered trademarks without the rights holders consent. Entries may not in any way harm ONeill, its affiliates, its agents and/or the ONeill brand. Participants may not upload, or post, any material that contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the use of any software or devices on www.oneill.com/thenextride. ONeill retains the right to exclude participants from participating in the sweepstakes and to delete entries from www.oneill.com/thenextride if these are not in line with these General Rules of Conduct or are otherwise in conflict with these terms and conditions. 11. ONeill explicitly reserves the right to refuse or remove a submission of an entrant, at its sole discretion, in the event ONeill determines an entrant does not comply with all rules and regulations as contained herein. 12. If for any reason any aspect of this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of ONeill, ONeill reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes , or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in The Netherlands, if required. 13. ONeill reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of ONeill or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 14. ONeill collects personal information obtained from the winners to send them their prize and may, for this purpose only, disclose such information to third parties. 15. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct their personal information to ONeill. All personal details will be held and dealt with in accordance with the ONeill Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at http://shop.oneill.com/ entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of ONeill. 16. ONeill (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage otherwise arising out of or in connection, directly or indirectly, with this sweepstakes, the prize(s) or technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under ONeills control). 17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the sweepstakes, all Participants agree to release and hold harmless ONeill, and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, parent companies, and each of ONeill's officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 18. These rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law and any disputes arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague, the Netherlands.
