: Assisted a financial technology firm that developed risk-management software for the financial industry in negotiating license agreements and
securing intellectual property rights for critical content, obtaining ownership of value created and independence from 3rd parties over the long
term. Provided mission-critical services to manage assets and risk as well as to track performance.
: Regularly consult in brainstorming and strategic planning with technology startups, including developers of online media content and
manufacturing information systems.
: Consistently exceeded return on investment (ROI) goals by saving millions of dollars in procurement costs and adding more than $4M
incremental revenues representing 5% growth in total revenues and 15% overall growth.
: Leveraged a deep knowledge of market dynamics, products, and services mastering development of complex relationships.
: Hand picked by the Barra Executive Committee to participate in the Partners & Alliances Committee and support corporate development in
the areas of mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.
: Represented the firm in industry forums, consultations, and user groups such as SIIA, FISD, SIFMA, Web 2.0, REDAC, Redug, MDDL,
GARP, ANNA, ASB, ANSI and ISO), specializing in software/data/content creation, production/integration, distribution, and related business

: Identified and initiated enforcement of revenue-sharing agreements with an index company created Exchange Traded Funds using Barra
content and distributors that netted more than $1M initially and grew to $1.5M annually.
: Realized a number of new agreements that had been regarded as impossible, including, for example, a deal with Lehman Brothers to license
their fixed-income content.
: Advised firm's business strategists in new business initiatives expanding into retail, credit and market risks expanding limited equities and
fixed income coverage to multi asset classes (such as derivatives, funds, ETs, REITs and structured assets) globally including emerging
markets.
