Integrating your Review Link (DrStars.com) with DoctorBase will help you get more reviews on the 75 primary websites that affect a doctors public image. This guide shows you how to modify the automatic post-appointment survey email. Instead of sending every patient to DoctorBase.com, Review Link sends patients to websites where you need more reviews to cover up the bad ones. Review Link is intelligent. It knows where you have bad reviews and how recent they are. It also knows where the patient will have the easiest time writing a review. It balances these two factors to deliver the highest possible boost to your online reviews. From the home screen, click SEO Control Panel on left-hand menu. 2. Type your Review Link into the Yelp text box. Your Review links should be something like http://DrStars.com/YourName 3. Select Yelp for in the Send Survey Recipients option box.

4. Scroll down and press Save

Once these settings are saved, you can test the integration by creating an appointment for yourself later in the day. (Make sure that your email address is on file inside your patient record.) Within several hours, you will receive the standard email that is sent to patients after their appointments. Click on the Leave Feedback button. It will route you through the DrStars.com service onto a website where you need more reviews.
