5th Grade Grandparents Day has been rescheduled for February 26th. Parent/Teacher Conferences have been rescheduled for Thursday, February 13th from 3:30-6:30. If you had a conference scheduled, teachers will be contacting you to reschedule. School Spelling Bee Congratulations to Johnathyn Lewis and Michael Austerman for winning the School Spelling Bee! Jump Rope For Heart We will have our Jump Rope for Heart event on Friday, Feb. 21. This activity raises money for the American Heart Association. If students wish to participate, they need to get a permission form from Mr. Coquerille.

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) This is a non-profit organization that serves the youth of Jennings County. The one fund-raiser that BBBS has is called Bowl for Kids Sake, and it is scheduled for Saturday, February 15, 2014. Good News Club Good News Club will be meeting February 20, 27, March 6, 13, 20, 3:30-5:15. GNC does not meet if school is not in session. Pick up is at the regular school pick-up exit. Registration slips may be turned in the day before any club date in order to attend the next club meeting.

Mobile Dentist Mobile Dentist forms are being sent home this week. Most dental insurances, including Medicaid, cover 100% of the preventive services that are provided by the Mobile Dentist. Grant funding is available for families that do not have insurance or can not afford to see a dentist outside of school.
