Above is a full-sized envelope with a front picture, and [0 Red, 75 Green, 0 Blue] used as the color for the
objects (text boxes and Curved Up Ribbon autoshape). The layout was done in Microsoft Word, the picture in
Paint Shop Pro Photo XI. The font used for the species title in this example is Papyrus 14 point.

Four envelopes will fit on a letter-sized page in landscape orientation. The following specs apply to the objects
chosen for the example envelope here, but they are easily adjusted to taste in Word. The envelope template
itself could be increased in size to yield two larger envelopes per page, using a portrait orientation.

Select text boxes from the top menu bar in Word: Insert-Text Box. Also select the front autoshape used for the
species description from the menu bar: Insert-Picture-Autoshape.

Autoshape "Curved Up Ribbon" is used here, with the central area stretched as wide as possible using the
corresponding yellow diamond object handle. The amount of upward curve is adjusted to as low as possible,
while still showing a slight curve, also using its corresponding yellow diamond object handle.

Select the object (picture, autoshape, text box) layouts and line/color attributes from the right click menu for
each object.

If desired, a picture can be inserted below the Curved Up Ribbon text box, as in the example above, or
alternatively, the space in the underlying border text box could be filled with a color or another graphic effect
(Format-Text Box-Colors and Lines-Fill).

Print on a colored and/or textured paper for more interest, or to embrace you inner "green", use discarded
letter-sized office paper that has one blank side.

To assemble envelopes after printing and cutting out, lightly score the fold lines using a straight edge and your
fingernail, taking care not to cut too far into the paper. Fold along the score lines and glue the side and bottom
flaps to the inside of the back envelope flap. The top flap may be taped or glued down after filling the
envelope with seeds; taping makes for easier opening later, especially if you'd like to reuse the envelope.

Copy four envelopes to a page formatted in landscape orientation as described above, on colored and/or
textured paper if desired. Objects embedded in the envelope template may be resized, removed, or added to
(i.e., adding a picture as in the example above) by right-clicking the envelope, selecting Picture Object-Open,
and applying the desired changes.

Print, cut out, and hand-write information (species, variety, date collected, seed count, growing information,
etc.) in the provided spaces, if you are not typing information directly into the text boxes.
