Academics Teachers have noticed that many learners are not completing their Homework. This is unacceptable so early in the year. Parents we appeal to you, to please ensure that all homework is done and that the Homework diary is signed. Learners will be receiving Demerits for incomplete homework. Learners should read both English and Afrikaans books daily. This improves vocabulary and literacy skills. Please ensure that your child has a book in their bag to read everyday in class when they have completed their work. Stationery / Books Please ensure that all books are labeled and covered neatly. We would like learners to take PRIDE in their work and books. Security Parents please do not go straight to the class rooms if you wish to speak to the teachers. Go to the office and the admin staff will announce for the teacher to meet you if they are available. Our Security staff still have a problem with parents wanting to walk their children to class in the mornings. Children must be dropped off at the gate and can walk to their class rooms by themselves. They are safe! Finances
