Chile are really nice and the prices are good now too. gelos from California are the February Fruit of the Month. These are very popular and delicious! Unfortunately, the honey bell tangelos had a very shortlived appearance on this turbulent market.

Strawberries: What a
pleasant surprise to find the perfect cone-shaped Florida strawberries with great flavor and prices right on time for Valentines Day! You will love serving these dainty beauties. With a little notice we have large quantities of stem berries. Smaller quantities are in stock.

Melons: Guatemala is sending us some beautiful melons right now. Order up on both cantaloupes and honeydews for good quality and steady pricing.

Asparagus: They are


available in all sizes with good pricing.

Kale: Kale and collard


greens are uncharacteristically high this week with short supply and high demand.

Peppers: Red and yellow peppers are plentiful out of Mexico and the price is really good. No issues with quality

Grapes: Red seedless


grapes are all from Chile now and the quality is very nice. We also have nice black seedless. Green grapes high and tight.

Cherries: Cherries are


winding down quickly. We are out of sources right now.

Beans: Green beans


have dropped significantly in price in the last week or so. Most of this decline is due to higher availability and lower demand.

Squash: Yellow squash


and zucchini are coming in reliably everyday from shippers in Mexico and the prices and quality is very good.

Cantaloupe and honeydews Grapes

Cabbage: Contrary to what
is typical this time of year, green cabbage has shot up in price with the impact of a freeze in the south. A shortage has resulted, driving up prices.

Cucumbers: Cucumbers are down a bit with improved quality from Mexico and Honduras.

Brussels Sprouts:
Good news continues this week for Brussels Sprouts pricing. We are shipping lots of this very popular item right now and the cost is in your favor.

Lettuce: Romaine, iceberg, mesculin, baby spinach and arugula, boston and other leafy lettuces continue to flow into our facility with excellent pricing and good quality.

Green peppers Kale and collard greens Crate basil Watermelon

have shot up in price. The good news is that the quality has not suffered yet.

Basil: Crate basil was also
