Accompanying this letter you will find a copy of the letter I sent to Attorney General Swanson. I am also sending this letter to Carolyn Wilson, President of the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, and Dr. Rulon Stacey, President and CEO of Fairview Health Services. I hope the Attorney General investigates whether psychiatric clinical studies at Fairview were conducted in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
