My objective is crystal clear to work as a SAP Functional Consultant where my knowledge and skills in Finance, implementing, & supporting of SAP can be utilized to grow myself and organization. Professional experience Having 6 years of Experience in which 3.2 years in SAP R/3 as a FI/CO consultant on various projects and in different roles. Involved in one full cycle implementation, one rollout and two supporting Projects. Proficient in ASAP Methodology and well versed with business process, its mapping & configuration in SAP. Experienced in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process gaps between AS-IS and TO-BE processes, creating business blueprints, mapping processes to SAP R/3 functionality, and collecting master data. Client Profile: Ashok Iron is a loyal group of foundries, since 1964 was in co-operated in the year of 1989 as proproctorship concern for manufacturing of copper base, non ferrous casting & centrifugal casting. Ashok iron is ISO 9001:2000 certified industries is into manufacturing of dies & casting, having 1000 different products, which include raw material, semi finished & finished products.

Responsibilities: Worked Closely with Technical and Functional consultants of other modules to resolve the tickets. Handling tickets and mails in support. Experience in training end users. Participation in regular meeting with team regarding status of issues. Clearing the day-to-day issues raised by the end users. Involved in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable related issues. Proactively discuss critical issues with other Functional Consultants. Providing Support on various queries related to SAP FI/CO Modules. Providing solutions to client in the area of, Basic FI/CO settings, GL Accounts, AP, AR, Bank, Controlling Module, and Asset Management. Getting tickets from the users belonging to Finance and Controlling. Solving Service Desk Tickets of all priorities. Client Profile: Headquartered at Belgaum in the southern Indian state of Karnataka Renuka Sugars is an integrated manufacturing company with strategic focus on Sugar and its allied products in Power and Ethanol. Renuka Sugar chose a SAP solution to replace its legacy system environment which was not flexible and unable to support the rapidly changing business requirements. Renuka Sugars main objective with the ERP Project was to implement a solution that would address the business requirements of the production units associated with Renuka Sugar. Role/Designation: I have joined project in January and involved in Business Blue print workshop for AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and Controlling. Conducted kickoff meeting by our project manager and we have understood Statement of work (SOW), Steering Committee, Program Manager, Core Team, and Key users. Conducted Blueprint workshop with client and gather information about their requirement. Gathered information prepared Business Blue Print document which had an approved by client. We have understood the AS-IS business process. Preparation of Business process TO-BE document. As per client requirement we have developed Functional Specification. We have done design for Proceure to Pay process and Order to Cash, involved in the integration area of FI-MM and FI-SD and End user Training. In Asset Accounting created and configured Fixed Assets Chart of Depreciation, Depreciation Key, Asset Classes and Configuration with GL. Configured Financial Statement Version. Configuring New GL splitting for segment reporting. Involving with CIN configuration. Configured settings for Controlling Area, Maintained Version. Created Primary and Secondary Cost Elements, Cost Element Group. In cost center Accounting defined and assigned a Standard Hierarchy. Internal order, Maintain order type. Created Profit Center, 3KEH Table and Defined Derivation Rules for Finding the Profit Center. Participated in the cut over activity for data uploading and convert the program per the client need. Client Profile: The KSB Group is one of the leading producers of pumps, valves and related systems. Annual sales revenue is approximately 2000 million euro. More than 14,000 employees around the world work for maximum customer satisfaction in building services, industry and water utilities, the energy sector and mining. KSB is increasingly a service partner and provides complete hydraulic systems for water supply and drainage. Products & Services: Water supply building services, chemical, oil, stream & power generation and sewage waste water. Submersible pump in multi-stage construction with radial or mixed flow impellers coupled with oil or water filled, single/three phase submersible motors. Pumps with SS jacket are also available up to 100 mm diameter. Suitable for horticulture, irrigation, housing, building services and farm houses, ornamental fountains. KSB's products are used for handling and transportation of water, chemicals, sewage, etc. in various sectors such as agriculture, industry, energy, building, etc.

Role/Designation GL Taking care for uploading Master Data. AR and AP master data uploading and maintaining the prerequisite such has creation of Account groups, Number ranges and Payment Configuration etc. Configured and customized Asset Accounting module. Pasting the Business Process Procedure. Documented Individual Manual and Trained user. Configured House Banks and setup Check lots. Configured Down payments and other Special GL Transactions. Client Profile: Amaron, in collaboration with Johnson Controls Inc., USA, is the largest manufacturer of Standby Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries in the Indian Ocean Rim region. Amara Raja Johnsoncontrols company with 26% share capital by Johnson controls, ARBL is the technology leader in the Indian storage battery industry manufacturing batteries for both industrial and automotive battery segment under brand name like Amaron, Power zone and Quanta the parent company U.S Based Johnson controls is a Market leader worldwide when it comes to automotive batteries. Role/Designation Clarifying the tickets as per the risk and time taken to solve the issues and solving them as client priority. Tracking and monitoring Tickets on Daily basis. Worked closely with technical and functional consultants of other modules to resolve crossfunctional issues. Documentation of the issues posted on the detailed document with analysis of the issues after providing solution to the client. Providing day to day operational and process support to users.

Non SAP Experience Company name: Suprada Construction Company. Duration: July 2008 to Aug 2009. Role: Accountant. Responsibilities: Preparation of general ledger accountings and day book. Maintaining of petty cash transactions and company personal expenses. Maintaining of subsidiary books like purchase & sales. Purchase returns & Sales returns. Depreciation calculation of as following straight line method. Preparation of trading profit and loss account as year ending. Year ending balance sheet as company financial position.
