The forecasting is an essential discipline in planning and running a business. Sales forecasting is a management function recognized as a key successful factor of the company. Accurate sales forecasts allow a company to provide high levels of customer services. Mr Tra is a key forecaster of our company. He provides his expertise to bring out accurately database to help board of directors make right decision. He is an expert in scientific methods and statistical techniques for calculating a trend. Day by day, forecasting has become more difficult because of the acceleration in technological change and the speeding up of communications. However, he always adapt to new tendency and technology quickly to serve working. In 2013, he was recognized for the best accurate forecasting of Asia region with 99% actual number in some of months.
