Klondike Royale is a round potato variety with light to medium golden skin accented by distinct purple crescent markings around the eyes. Great roasted!

Keep in Mind:

Oranges: California is
sending navel oranges with great sugar and good pricing. Order up on these vitamin C dynamos. Squash: Zucchini is still arriving with good pricing but yellow squash demand exceeds supply.

Asparagus

Chile and Peru are of excellent quality and the prices are steady. Blackberries are steady out of Mexico with good sugar and no availability problems. very popular short-lived beauties have just made their debut in our facility. They are a welcome midwinter guest and they are guaranteed to please.

Asparagus: There is
absolutely no shortage of very high quality asparagus in all sizes this week. Come and get it!

Tangelos: Mineola Tangelos from California are the February Fruit of the Month. These are very popular and delicious!

Melons: Guatemala is sending us some beautiful honeydew melons right now. Cantaloupe is really nice quality but a bit harder to source.

have come down a bit following the rush for Valentines Day and the quality is very good from both Mexico and Florida.

Lettuce: Romaine, iceberg, mesculin, baby spinach and arugula, boston and other leafy lettuces continue to flow into our facility with excellent pricing and good quality.

down now from Chile and the quality is very nice. Red grapes are steady. broccoli crowns are steady now with no issues. Cauliflower is fairly active and has spiked up.

Good news continues this week for Brussels Sprouts pricing. We are shipping lots of this very popular item right now and the cost is in your favor.

Green Peppers: Cooler weather in Florida and Mexico has caused a shortage of green peppers and the market is active.

WATCH Peppers: Red and yellow peppers are plentiful out of Mexico and the price is really good. No issues with quality

Mangos Watermelons Limes Green peppers Stone fruit

Mangos: Mangos have shot


up in price and are in limited supply. Limes: Limes are up substantially as they typically are this time of year. Choose lemons as the better option if you have a choice.

Celery: There is a
bumper crop available now and celery has hit a price trough now. Great pricing!
