Scope and Delimitation of the Study

Scope The scope of the study is on Certified Public Accountants turnover in the Academe. The study covered the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPA professors in schools, colleges and universities. The study also covered the effect of the loss of the best professors to the accountancy students due to the wealth incentives and management structures necessary to anticipate opportunities or reward innovations. It also includes the necessary actions of schools, colleges and universities due to the crisis. The study focused on guiding students on choosing their university. It also focused on the effects of the shift in academe because of their work environment, maybe because of the schools administration, workplace, colleagues, or because of students. The study is focused on the CPAs ob satisfaction as a professor, his!her satisfaction in remuneration and benefits and his!her workload in the university, or responding to opportunities. Delimitation The study is limited to the practice of Accountancy profession in Academe and not on other practices" Public Accountancy, #overnment, and in Commerce and Industry. It will not cover on the crisis of the Accounting $ducation. It also limited to curriculum of schools due to turnover of CPAs in Academe. The study is not intended to focus on accountancy students performance. It does not cover the choosing of accountancy students of a university, based on public performance and not on professors. The study will not cover actual amounts and salaries of professors to other accountancy practices. The work environment of accountancy professors may also vary in different cases, and so their turning to other fields due to other personal reasons.
