Nowadays , more and more chinese people want to live and work in American.
.Family Chen have been NYC many years . The whole family members make a
living in flushing china town . After watching their daily life , we can know some
changes happen during that a long period . what is the gap between two
generations ?

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
Mr Chen came to American with his son in 1999. It is hard to making a living in
NYC. He and his son open a little chinese restaurant . he cook for customer and
his son answer the phone and wash dishes . At that time, his son is just 16 years
old . After three years , his mother (COCO) also move to American from China.
When CoCo saw how tired the father and son everyday , she decided to sale that
restaurant . Meanwhile, she also sale their apartment in China. Then they
bought a house by loan. Everything begin to get better . They have rented out of

their house and found a stable job in flushing . Now the middle age couple work
together and their son study in college .
