BV Job nr: 6000226-1001-0001 Description of the inspections carried out:

1. OBJECTIVE:

Perform final inspection, including visual dimensional and documents review. Also, It was witnessed in the company of inspectors from the client to the PMD and OTDR testing in two coils of fiber optics: one of 5.000 and another 6.000 meters.

2. PERFORMED ACTIVITIES:

2.1. Visual Inspection: Visual inspection was performed on the cable reels for a total of 10 units : 07 reels of 6,000 m long and 03 of 5000 m. All reels were free of anomalies and correctly identified. Conclusion: The Cables inspected achieved satisfactory results in the visual inspection. 2.2. Dimensional Inspection: 2.2.1. The dimensional inspection was conducted by sampling on 02 reels of fiber optic cables identified with tag No. T 05546 and T 05509 (20% of supply). The length was measured in one winging/unwinding machine and it was check the construction of the cable and the amount of fibers per cable (total of 12). 2.2.2. The measurements taken are as per PO specification and were considered "satisfactory". 2.3. PMD Testing: 2.3.1. It was performed PMD test with equipment EXFO, having been performed 03 measurements for each fiber (total of 12 fibers) by TAG. The following TAG's were tested: No. T 05546 of 6000 m and T 05509 of 5000 m. The test was performed to verify data rate and quality in transmission capacity (speed); The final result with the coefficient below 0.2 ps/ km0,5 was considered "satisfactory". 2.4. OTDR Testing: 2.4.1. Performed to check for a break and average attenuation of the fiber (power), intensity of arrival of light and the fiber length attenuation coefficient in 03 wavelengths: 1310 nm, 1383 nm and 1550 nm (nanometers), for reels identified with TAG's T05546 and T 05509. It was issued report evidence of tests that are attached to this report, with satisfactory results. 2.5. Identification verification: 2.5.1. It was checked the identification / tag, the membrane and the Coil identification as per List issued by Abengoa Peru S / A and reported in the purchase order, no irregularities were found in it. Satisfactory results. 2.6. Technical Documents Analysis: 2.6.1. Production Test Certificates No. T 01/02 and 02/02 Fl 05546, FL 05509 T 01 and 02/02 2.6.2. Production Test Report 1975/11 to 1984/11 2.6.3. Certificates of Raw Material No. 33616, 31896, 33179, 34220, 33615, 32773, 34215, 33620, 33318, 33619, 32798, 32799, 33174, 33175, 33173, 34562, 34523, 34524 and 34088. Conclusion: The analyzed documents obtained satisfactory results and have been approved.

3. INSTRUMENTS: 3.1. Certificate of Calibration of OTDR CV 002-003, calibrated on 07/2011 with Anritsu Eletronics 3.2. Certificate of Calibration of PMD will be sent in due time by Prysmian. 4. CONCLUSION: The whole scope is in accordance with specifications in the Purchase Order and is released for shipment
