Bap This change was due to pricing and return of Tribute Decision made on 6th competition - we will do Hall of Fame. Lots of requests to do a competition close to home for family to attend and since it is Mother's Day. We have answered the request to do larger events. As mentioned, we never really know what each competition will be in size and number of studios, but these are all historically quite large. Final printed schedule attached KAR - lets just say us HUGE. It starts on Friday at 10:30 a.m. - I will inform those scheduled before 3 as they will allow a cancel with full refund. KAR - explanation of levels Competition Costuming All costumes should be in hand at this time with exception of Blank Page (due Sunday)and all Production Tops which will be handed out tonight. If anyone still needs rhinestones for a solo costume, I must get your information by Sunday, 2/23. Please print out the costumes sheets sent in email this morning d check very closely that you have ever costume piece or accessory in hand. I suggest printing and attaching well to each costume bag so you can check each time you pack for competitionand then again as you pack up at a competition so you go home with everything. Take exceptional care of your costumes - they cannot be replaced and you cannot dance without a costume. We do not want to see costumes laying on floor in dressing room. Production costume is fragile - please be careful. Production and Blank Page costume handout. Competition Etiquette Make good impression from moment you walk in door - judges have eyes in back of head. Be kind and respectful to all studios in attendance. No unkind words of any type. Good job to all as they walk off stage - Good Luck when in dressing rooms. NO roughhousing, playing on escaltors Treat backstage staff with over the top kindness - they have been there longer than you. Treat your teachers and parents with respect and patience. They are there for you always and want the best . SOCIAL MEDIA - I urge posts of all types, share the good word of your fabulous studio and team. DO NOT post photos that are negative in any way (words or looks). Keep it classy and sassy - not trashy!!!!! No twerking - all I will say. POSITIVE - HAPPY - MAKE A MEMORY Competition Awards Stage Attire No friends or family on stage during awards I would like to get as many photos on stage after award as possible. If time allows, please do not make a quick exit but instead watch for your teachers to gather you if we make decision that time allows and not rushing to next dances/
