1-Speech by the chairperson

1.1

Congratulate the panel.

1.2

English panel must create an organization chart and 3 files for SBOA.

1.3

Each teacher should come out with some activities to overcome pupils weakness
especially for A potential and those who have potential to pass.
Action: All the members

2-Speech by the headmistress

2.1

Congratulated the panel for being punctual.

2.2

We must take the opportunity to do the work continuously.

2.3

Hoped that all the English teachers will come out with some activities that will help the
pupils to improve better English.
Action: All the members

3- To confirm the minutes of the First English Language Meeting for the year 2013
3.1

To adopt the minutes of the last meeting, En. Borhan B. Abdullah made the adoption and
was seconded by Pn. Azliza Bt. Ghazali.

4- Matters Arising
4.1

All English activities should be carried out as usual.

4.2

Teachers should prepare more worksheets/ exercises especially for year 6 pupils.

4.3

Teachers should make copies for all classes.

6.1

The head teacher hoped that all the committee members of the panel will work hard in
order to achieve the goal to success.

6.2

Homework- Teachers should give homework daily to the pupils.

7- Adjournment speech
7.1

Madam Chairperson appreciated the cooperation and participation by all the members in
making the meeting a success.

7.2

She would be pleased if all the above suggestion be carried out as planned. Teamwork is
a must in order to upgrade the pupils achievement.
