Prole!

I am an enthusiastic and reliable individual. Used to a busy and demanding environment, I meet deadlines and am punctual, reliable and honest. I pride myself on being a meticulous worker who is easy to get on with. I have been a part of many music groups that have given me a solid grounding in thriving within a team environment but have also held positions of responsibility in which I have proven myself to be capable of working efciently under my own steam. I understand the importance of being polite and courteous while prioritising tasks that should be completed rst. While I do not have specic hospitality experience I am a fast learner and am willing to put in any extra effort required to get the job done. I have also helped informally at evening catering events in my hometown in Dorset, which mainly involved waitressing and making sure all of the customers were happy.!

! ! Work Experience! !

University of Westminster! FAN September 2013! FANS are Friends of Arriving New Students. In my role as a FAN my main function is to provide a smooth transition from School to University for the inux of students that arrive to Westminster. I underwent training that focused on overcoming situations with difcult people or those that have specic needs or questions. I feel that this is directly relatable to the hospitality industry. I am a smooth problem solver and remain calm under pressure. It was also important to be friendly and informative at all times. I thoroughly enjoyed the role because I would consider myself to be a people person and took pride in giving people a good experience of the University. !

Charterhouse Auctioneers and Valuers! Ofce Assistant 2011/2012! I worked as a part time ofce assistant. My roles included franking and sending post out to customers. I have experience taking credit card and cash payments as well as customer facing. I also answered the telephone and worked on reception dealing with all client enquiries. The position also required that I had good computer skills, for example in word processing and excel. I typed up product descriptions for the catalogue to meet the deadline every month. This also required attention to detail as the catalogue represented the company.!

The Fabric Barn! Assistant in the summers of 2009/2010! I worked at The Fabric Barn during sale time over two summers. My main role was retrieving stock for customers and replenishing stock that had been depleted. I also answered customers questions. It was a very busy time so keeping calm and patient was a necessity; as was working well with the other members of staff.!
