Construction of a new service reservoir to replace the existing structure - Land Beecroft Hill, Fairfield Square, Bramley - P/12/01591/FU/W WITHDRAWAL OF HOLDING OBJECTION BY AIRWAVE SOLUTONS LIMITED SUBJECT TO PLANNING CONDITION
Further to Jane Berrys (Airwave Solutions Limited) and Mr. Peter Haynes (Arqiva) formal objections dated Fri 14/09/2012 at 12:14pm and 24 October 2012 at 11:10am respectively, I can now advise that Airwave Solutions Limited wishes to withdraw its objection to the above mentioned application. Accordingly we withdraw our objection subject to the following proposed planning conditions to be imposed by the local planning authority; Condition: The reservoir shall not be erected until a scheme to address the impact on the existing radio transmission links from the adjacent Beecroft Hill radio mast has been carried out and operational. Condition: A scheme to mitigate the impact on the existing Airwave (emergency services) radio transmission links on the adjacent Beecroft Hill radio mast shall be agreed in writing with the local planning authority and such mitigation shall be carried out and be fully operational prior to the erection of any part of the reservoir which will affect the existing radio transmission links. Condition: Construction plant, machinery and vehicles shall be parked and stored outside the line of existing fixed radio transmission links on the adjacent Beecroft Hill radio mast, in accordance with details submitted and first agree in writing with the local planning authority and thereafter implemented in full accordance with those details.
