Financial Development Coordinator


The Coordinator of Financial Development of the Paducah Cooperative Ministry (PCM) will spearhead the financial development efforts as PCM continues to grow. Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director, the FD Coordinator will work with the PCM Board of Directors, Lead Staff and members of the PCM Council to reach PCMs annual fundraising goals through individual contributions, member church support, corporate donations, foundation grants, planned giving and special events. The Coordinator must be a highly organized self-starter with an ability to manage multiple projects and to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The Coordinator must exhibit a positive attitude and enthusiasm for PCMs work, mission and philosophy. QUALIFICATIONS: BA (required), MA (preferred); 1 3 years financial development experience preferred; or a combination of education and experience in a related field. Demonstrated excellence in organizational and managerial skills Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Excellent computer skills (proficiency in Word and Excel); knowledge of donor database programs preferred.

House Manager/Assistant Director Fresh Start House


The Fresh Start House Manager works with the Program Director, shift employees and volunteers to supervise the daily needs, activities and facility concerns of an 8-bed unit for adult females. Serves as the second-in-command and as point of authority in the absence of the director. QUALIFICATIONS: College degree in a human services field preferred with recognizable Life Experience Must have a valid drivers license, a good driving record and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a drug test and undergo a criminal background check Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal skills, basic computer skills Experience in one or more of the following preferred: Residential-living supervision, corrections, substance abuse treatment program, mental health care or counseling program, adult education, work in Mission field.

Part-time Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper position is a part-time, newly created position at the Paducah Cooperative Ministry. Employee will work up to 20 hours per week. Desired individual will have advanced experience with Quickbooks , Excel spreadsheets, up to date experience in taxes, and payroll. Grant management experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: BA degree in accounting or bookkeeping preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience required Impeccable references, excellent organizational and time management skills.
