Furnish reasons for keeping contact with Rakesh Agarwal after Ramlila Maidan rally. Furnish a list of cases of fraud in Delhi courts being faced by Rakesh Agarwal. You may ask Mr. Somnath Bharti for assistance as he was the lawyer in a case. Furnish all evidence available with you of Lt. Col. Shran being the president of Nyayabhoomi and the dates when the evidence came in your possession. Furnish all evidence available with you of Rakesh Agarwal having duped thousands of autorickshaw drivers to the tune of several lakhs. Inform what clearances from Delhi transport authority you are referring to.

10. Furnish the status of case in Tis Hazari which was filed against Rakesh Agarwal to make him stop using Nyayabhoomis name.

It is understood that Special Leave Petition no. 22870-71 of 2011 is pending before the Supreme Court against the dismissal of the writ petition in which a fine of Rs.5,000 was imposed by Delhi High Court. Please confirm if Mr. Prashant Bhushan appeared for Rakesh Agarwal in his capacity as secretary of Nyayabhoomi in the said matter on several occasions from 09.08.2011 right upto 2013. 14. Please confirm if in writ petition (civil) no. 5601 of 2013 filed in the first week of September 2013 in which Mr. Prashant Bhushan is the advocate, Mr. Rakesh Agarwal has signed as secretary of Nyayabhoomi. 15.
