MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU)

BETWEEN

DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL ENGINEERING

M.D.JADHAV INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, BHOSE. AND ATHARV CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 401, PANCHVATI APPARTMENT, GAONBHAG, SANGLI.

I.

PURPOSE The purpose of this MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU) is to provide a framework for Development of cooperation, coordination and relationship between both the Departments in order to strengthen and facilitate the Teaching Learning Processes of Learners and other related activities.

II.

AUTHORITY

This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, hereinafter referred to as MoU, is prepared by and made between the CIVIL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OF M.D.JADHAV INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY(POLYTECHNIC),BHOSE hereinafter referred to as CE OF MDJIT, and the ATHARV CONSTRUCTION COMPONY, 401, panchvati appartment, gaonbhag, sangli. hereinafter referred to as ACC under provision of the concerned authorities of each organization.

III.

RESPONSIBILITIES CE OF MDJIT and ACC mutually agree: To extend mutual academic Co-operation to support each others

work(Curriculum Design & Development, Research Activities, Academic meeting etc) To establish a formal understanding of cooperation and friendship intended to promote exchanges between the two Departments: sharing of Physical Resources (Laboratories), Human Resources (Expertise through Lectures). To promote better understanding between the faculty and students from both Departments to participate in joint activities (Like: Participation in Seminars, Students Projects, Training, and Industry Visit). To organize Training programs, Workshops, Competitions, Exhibitions for the Students. To meet annually or as needed, prior to December 1, to review this MOU and that the MoU may be revised as necessary during that meeting or by the issuance of a written Amendment signed and dated by all parties. To terminate this agreement (by either party) by providing a 30-day written notice. To provide and point out the detailed findings of non-cooperation (if any) with recommendation of corrective action (if necessary) in the written notification. IV. NON-FUND OBLIGATING DOCUMENT This is not a fiscal obligating document. Any reimbursement, contribution of funds, or Transfer of anything of value between the parties to this document will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures. Such endeavors will be outlined in separate agreements that shall be made in writing by representatives of the parties and shall be independently authorized by appropriate statutory authority .This documents does not provide such authority.

V.

MODIFICATION Changes within the scope of this document shall be made by the issuance of a bilaterally executed modification.

VI.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT Any information furnished by the both parties (CE OF MDJIT and ACC) under this document is subject to the RTI Act.

VII.
