Allmembersofthemeetingwereabletoattendthemeetingon time,soitwasntapplicabletoanyoneelseaseveryoneelsewas ontimesothemeetingwentsmoothlywithoutanyinterruption. Atthisperiod,allstakeholderspresentformeetingdiscussed aboutthematterthataroseduringtheimplementation. Thefirstmatterarrivedwasflashbeencrashingallthetime.It wasmyproblembecauseofthePCIhave.Ihadtoredothe implementationalloveragain.Duetothisproblemwewereof theschedule.ForthisproblemImanagetoreplacemyPCsRAM (memory)withthehigherRAMthatIhadbefore.Doingthismade myPCbitfastanddoesntcrashesanymore.Changingthe memorywasactuallymyclientsideaanditwasasuccess. Anotherproblemthatwastakenintoconsiderationwas Slideshow.We(projectmanagerandseniormanager)triedto inserttheslideshowintothehomepage.However,duringthe processofcreatingslideshowwesucceedbutthemainproblem forthiswastheslideshowwasonlypossiblewhenwedoour projectinactionscript3insteadofactionscript2.

Atthisstageweallhadatalkabouttheemailandthefeedback receivedtoimprovetheproject.Fromtheemailreviewingwe foundoutthattherewasntbeenenoughfeedbacksenttothe projectmanager.Afteratalkweallagreedonconstantly reviewingtheprojectthatwillbesentbyme(projectmanager)to theentirestakeholder.Theremustatleastbe2or3feedbackper anemailsent.Andkeepupdatedineverystepofthe

Thenewimagesofthelaptopswithdescriptionwillbesentto everyonesemailandwillbemovingforwardafterreviewingthe imageswithdescription.Thisistodecideifitisappropriatetouse intheproject. Thetimeanddateforthenextmeetingwillbethe23rdOctober 2013.Atthesametimeof2pm4pm.
