 It took 27-year-old Scott Waters build the underwater craft. It is 4-foot-long, 6-foot-tall, 4-foot-wide, and weighs 4,500 pound It can carry two people. Its also equipped with an exterior lighting system, global positioning system, underwater communication devices and sonar system with a 180-foot radius. Its powered by eight Marine batteries. When fully operational, the sub is designed to travel at four nautical knots, or 4.5 miles per hour.
