The authorized signatory holding power of attorney shall only be the Digital Signatory. In case authorized signatory holding power of attorney and Digital Signatory are not the same, the bid shall be considered non-responsive. If holidays is declared by Govt. of M.P. on any date mentioned in the schedule fixed for the activity of MPRDC, that date will automatically be shifted to subsequent working day.
