Proposal for Consultancy Services 1) Scope of Work a) Conducting audit of existing systems, processes to understand how things are

re done currently. b) Understand from Management future business plans. c) Making presentation to management on current loopholes / scope of improvements to align the systems and processes to meet current & future business expectations. d) Upon mutual agreement with management, personally be on the site & work with current SCM team to ensure execution of changes in systems and processes. e) Submit periodic progress report to management to apprise them of the changes. 2) Area of Work a) Depending on customer requirement, we can focus on individual areas of SCM or end to end SCM b) Ideally we would like to offer our services for end-to-end SCM because that gives us opportunity to establish a continuous link from start to end. c) Under end-to-end SCM consulting we will be able to look at following aspects New Product RFQ cycle (how to quote to customers) NPI (New Product Introduction)sourcing (how to improve time to market by sourcing in time) Planning (demand planning, material planning, production planning) Inventory management Vendor Development (identifying if existing sources are ideal for long term business prospects, recommend and assist in migration to new supply base, assist in vendor audits) Purchase (streamlining the day to day purchase processes, BOM cost reduction, vendor ratings etc) Logistics (identifying if existing logistics partners & model is ideal for long term business prospects, recommend & assist in migration to best fit logistics partners) Warehouse Management Mentoring SCM team members to deliver more. 3) Charges Rs xxxx/- per day + 12.36% Service Taxes 6 to 8 days per month on-site presence for execution Travel + boarding charges to be provided by customer

4) Benefits to Customer Access to Best practices in SCM (with 15 years industry experience) Direct impact and benefit to company bottom line. Elimination of non value added activities across SCM team providing for time for value added activities. No need to hire full time SCM employee on company payroll so no fixed cost to worry about.
