JustFab, Inc., names new president El Segundo, Cali. - The JustFab Corporation has named Kimora Lee Simmons the new president as well as creative director of JustFab. Simmons, formerly president of the clothing line Baby Phat, will begin her new duties November 18th, said CEO Adam Goldenberg. Kimora Lee Simmons was our first choice, Goldenberg said. Everyone at JustFab is confident she will do great things for the company. Simmons, built Baby Phat into nearly a billion dollar business in 2001. She has a phenomenal eye and a commitment to making great style affordable and accessible to every woman. Simmons learned at JustFab how to cultivate a fan base through social media alone, something that is going to be very beneficial for JustFab. Im both honored and challenged to assume the presidency of JustFab, Inc., Simmons said. I pledge to do my best professionally and creatively. Simmons will be the first official president of JustFab, Inc. JusFab was founded in 2006 by Adam Goldenberg.

Simmons, 38, served as Baby Phats president and creative director from 2001 through 2010. Simmons will be the first official president of JustFab, Inc.

Subject: JustFab Fundraiser for Salvation Army JustFab News Release For Immediate Release November 5, 2013 JustFab to sponsor free shoe and clothing give away at Salvation Army Kimora Lee Simmons has hatched an idea for helping those in need this holiday season. JustFab will host a clothing and shoe donation event Friday, November 8 at their Chicago location. The event is a fundraiser to collect lightly worn shoes and clothes to give away for free at a local Chicago Salvation Army in December to help those in need. I got the idea in August and have worked with the company and Salvation Army ever since to make my dreams a reality, Simmons, president for JustFab. The donation even will begin at noon on Friday, November 8. It will be held at the JustFab headquarters in Chicago, 100 North Michigan Ave. There will be food, drinks, and music. Guests must bring at least one gently worn article of clothing or pair of shoes upon entry. Those who bring 5 or more articles of clothes or shoes will receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win a free membership to JustFab along with a pair of this seasons hottest boots. JustFab is delighted to be helping out those in need this holiday season, said Adam Goldenberg, CEO of the company. Our goal is to be an excellent example for not only fashion but common courtesy.
