    For questions concerning the training situation this memo should answer them all. Will be
    conducting training for everyone (Officers, Sergeants, Lieutenants/Department Supervisors.)
    anyone who has not scheduled a date with Deputy Chief Parker MUST message for training
    or you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND OFFICIAL PATROLS. Thank you for your
    cooperation.
