Meal Replacement Meal Plans
The BodyKey Meal Replacement Meal Plan suggests a meal guideline for a seven day period. This program can be continued beyond 1 week for continued weight loss. Our easy to follow plan provides approximately 1200 calories (5020 kJ) per day. One serving of BodyKey Meal Replacement Shake provides approximately 255 calories (1067 kJ). Dinners included in this meal plan will contain approximately 400 calories (1670 kJ). BodyKey Meal Replacement Shakes are useful in weight reduction only as part of an energy reduced diet, so it is important that you stick to the following plan or a similar balanced meal plan based on approximately 1200 calories (5020 kJ) per day. We also recommend that you drink plenty of ltered water while following our plan.
DAY 1:
