Param is primarily a Commerce Graduate. He did his Post Graduation in
Marketing Management. Apart from which he also holds a PG diploma in
Computer Science, and Business administration.
Param has been in the marketing field for the last 14 Years. He had his own
computer business, and recently plunged into the field of Disaster Management
because of his interest in human life and the increasing need and demand to save
the country from losing life and property in calamities. Param, is a humanitarian,
socially conscious, and is deeply concerned about the state of the world. He has
great compassion and idealism and wants to be of service to the world
His wide exposure to various industries and people has helped him gain valuable
experience.
Param has also done his Disaster Management Course from IGNOU. He has been
in this field for last 4 years and has also been conducting training programs in
various areas viz; Soft Skills (Behaviour & Attitudinal), Fire and Safety, Disaster
Management.
Param is also a Country Representative for Environmental Tectonic Corporation,
USA, Process Combustion of U.K. and other renowned companies to market their
products in India.
His total work experience is over 18 yrs in Sales and Marketing, Training and
coaching.
Param has undergone a very speciaIized Train the Trainer Programme from Tuff
Trak International and was trained by Mr. Ashit Ghosh (who than headed the
organisation) who has the honor to be the disciple of Mr. Dale Carnegie.
Param is optimistic, inspiring, outgoing, and expressive. People see him as
cheerful, positive and charming; his personality has a certain bounce and verve
that so powerfully affects others that he can inspire people without effort.
In his Four year stint as a corporate trainer, Param, has conducted various
