Hours of ork The normal week is 45.2 hours working 6am to 2.47pm with an hour for lunch. 8e also permit flexible working hours starting earlier and9or finishing later. "ome weekend work is necessary at certain times of the year' such as in the busy months of :ebruary and %arch and assisting on our trade stand at exhibitions and horse shows. Salary and !enefits This is dependent on prior experience but will be between ;(7'777 and ;(<'777. Training Training is pro!ided in house or by external training pro!iders. ?ou are also encouraged to follow :urther and #igher Education and +n The "addle will pay course fees and pro!ide study lea!e for appro!ed courses. The Sele"tion #ro"ess :ollowing receipt of applications' telephone inter!iews will be conducted. This is to assess the applicants interest in and knowledge of +n The "addle as well as to clarify matters from their &C :irst +nter!iews will take place during April.
