strength:I am adaptive to any work environment.I am goal oriented person and always devot ed to work.

developement:I am averange in General Knowledge and still working on fluency in english.Also, I felt uncmfortable whenever any work assigned to me and its not get completed i n given deadline.

challenges:When i cleared my matric, i was quite lost because there was no one who can guid e me to choose any specific subject for 12th std because my family members are n ot that much educated but still i thought over this and decided to choose scienc e subjects because of my strong science background even though in my town all sc hool were having Arts and Commerce side. But while studying in 11th I was not un derstanding my subject properly because of hindi background till matric. So, i m anaged my timing as i have to travel 60 kms every day and some responsibilities of my house work as well because i am the eldest in my sibbling. And finally my hard work brought the fruits and i got good percentage in my 12th class and espe cially i topped in Physics among my school mates. Because of good marks in 12th, i got scholarship in my engineering. Eventually this all things have surely brus hed up my managing and decision taking skills. Team Spirit:I was in cricket team of my college in 2nd,3rd and 4th year of my engineering. B ut i became vice captain of our team in 4th year. With combination of regular pr actice and a defined goal we consecutively won the 3rd year championship in a ro w. So, i believe that it was only possible because of a healthy team spirit. Most difficult criticism:I feel that mostly I criticised by my project lead when he put a lot of work pre ssure on me as I always try to complete work one by one because I think that its better to be little bit late than to be wrong.I think, criticism depends on our attitude, how we takes it. Either we can take it positively and makes our error s correct or just loose our confidence and stop to go ahead.

opinions:If such situation happens, i"ll go in the favour of the those opinions which are having a good justification and best suiting to real world.

Motivate:I do motivate myself.Sometimes i put myself through challenges to check wheather i am capable of it or not. Apart from that i'd say my parents also motivate me. Whatever i am today is only because of belief my parent has on me. Better:Over the last year, my courage and understanding has increased slightly. On the other hand, I feel my knowledge and expression have significantly increased.Ther e have been negatives as well in recent years with death of my family member, I

became down but my attitude to this after a while was very much "Life goes on, w hether you like it or not!" Salary Expect:I believe that an ideal remuneration for any position recognises the ability, re wards the performance and provides the employee an opportunity to indulge in his hobbies and passions. I am sure that this company also takes care of these. After 5 Years:I see myself as an important resource to your organization 5 years from now wher e my position reflects my hard work and dedication and where my position proves my skill and commitment to work. Creativity:Creativity is based on our thinking at right place on right time.Once I appeared for SSC exam, in exam 5 to 6 questions were based on mirror image and only 1-2 minutes were left. At this time one idea came in my mind. I was wearing watch so i managed to put my watch in the way that clear reflection of question was appe aring in glass of my watch. It seems so funny as well as offencive from exam poi nt of view. competetive environment:By looking at the previous years records and specifically which technique/strate gy they are following and in what aspect we close or different from them. Their previous contracts with others firms.From the previous histroy of costumer we had, we can anlyse that what was being offered and what were they e xpecting? Many patterns exist for each costumer but we should keep only thing in our mind that how do customers perceive quality, how do we offer it better than our competitors do? There are also such customers who do not ordinarily complai n, they simply do not buy, and they may tell others and Encourage complaints to filter to our company. TPM practice:Being honest i dont have any such experience only theory basis idea i have which is, TPM is a holistic approach to equipment maintenance and Getting operators i nvolved in maintaining their own equipment, and emphasizing proactive and preven tive maintenance will lay a foundation for improved production (fewer breakdowns , stops, and defects) and in addition it values a safe working environment.

How do you manage time and stress:I simply make a list of my tasks on the basis of priority and also set the deadl ines for them. It provide me a clear image of my work load and i executes those tasks accordingly. Keeping a list helps me to work out my priorities and timings , so it can help me to put off the non-urgent tasks. A good time management does n't mean us to do more work but it means us to focus on the tasks that matter an d also distribute the stress as well. Sometimes if i fed off the work or any iss ue is not getting resolved then i prefere to take a cup of tea and resume with t he fresh energy. Traits:As i have mentioned earlier,i do motivated internally in the way sometimes mind is so active it is "closed" to outside world for a while. I usually deal with th e things in Think/reflect first then Act on clear and concrete information, fash ion.I naturally use targets, dates and standard routines to manage work load. Has there any situation where you have to compromise on your integrity:Sorry i dont have faced such situation in my total experience. If i get intellec t with this kind of circumstances then first i'll find out the purpose behind it and what things are at stake and after that only i will come with a decision.
