4th error:
ORA-1658 error occured during Index creation.
Cause:
AutoPatch failed to find sufficient contiguous space to allocate INITIAL extent for segment being
created in the BISD tablespace.
The BISD tablespace usage is almost 100%.
Note: You can use Enterprise Manager to verify space usage in the tablesapce BISD.
Solution:
SQL>ALTER TABLESPACE BISD ADD DATAFILE '//d01/oraprod/proddata/BSID02.dbf' size
100m;
