AGREEMENT FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Album design Ironi Iris has the right to choose the best photos to be edited and compiled into the clients album and photobook without showing to the client first. Unless clients agree on paying layout proofing. Delivery Commitment All the final product will be delivered to the client by 4-6 week following the last date of shoot. Payment for services Upon confirmation of date(s) requested, client must pay 40% of the agreed amount of fee upfront (deposit), another 40% should be made before the events begin and balance of 20% should be made upon delivery of final product(s). For outside Seremban and Damansara area, there will be additional charges for accommodations, transportations, extra hours on the locations. All other costs, including that of make-up and extra props used during a photoshoot session are bearable to the client. Cancellation Deposit will not be return if the event is cancel. Change of date or venue Ironi Iris must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least two month prior to the scheduled date of event. Notification of any changes can be made by phone along with written notice sent via email for documentation. If an email is sent, a confirmation of receipt must be in writing. It is the clients responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc.) as listed, you must notify Ironi Iris. For event that require Photographer to stay overnight, a Client must prepare a hotel. Exclusivity In order for the Client to receive the best service and most compelling photos possible, Ironi Iris must be the exclusive professional photographer for the wedding. Additional professional photographers may be employed only with prior written permission from Ironi Iris. Guest photographers are welcome with one caveat: The photographer will request your intervention if a guest is inhibiting our ability to fully document your wedding. Limits of liability. While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs of the wedding events, the entire liability of Ironi Iris to the Client for any claim or loss arising from our performance is limited to a refund to the Client of the amount paid for services. Because a wedding is an uncontrolled event, Ironi Iris cannot guarantee delivery of any specifically requested image(s). In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the control of Ironi Iris a substitute photographer acceptable to you may be sent to fulfill the obligations from Ironi Iris. In such case that the Client declines the substitute photographer, the Client may terminate this agreement and receive a full refund of all moneys paid. The photographer will not be held liable for the finished product or incomplete coverage in the event of tardiness or time restrictions placed on Ironi Iris by Client or any outside vendors, including clergy or mosque, church or temple restrictions and/or policies on the day of the event. Harassment Ensuring the appropriate behavior of all guests and other persons at the wedding and other events covered by Photographer shall be the responsibility of Client. In the event Photographer or her employee experiences any inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from any guest or other person at the wedding or other event (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) then the following process shall be followed: first offense: a verbal warning will be issued to a family member of the client; second offense: the offending person will be required to leave the wedding or event; third offense: Photographer will end wedding coverage immediately and leave the event, Photographer shall be entitled to retain all monies paid hereunder and client agrees to relieve and hold Photographer harmless as a result of incomplete wedding or event photography coverage. Model release Ironi Iris Resources will retain copyrights for every image taken and reserves the rights to use them for promotions, exhibitions and competitions. Ironi Iris Resources may only make reproductions for the Client or for Ironi Iris Resources portfolio, samples, or self-promotions, or for professional competition and review. We will not make reproductions for other use without first obtaining written permission from you. Promotion Any promotional offers shall be subjected to its own terms and condition. Any vouchers displaying special ongoing promotions shall be attached to this form as validation. No promotional offer shall be given should the client fail to bring along the voucher as stated. Copyright All photographs taken by Ironi Iris Resources are his property, will remain his property and are protected by Akta Hakcipta 1987.Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each person signing as Client below shall be fully respon sible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. -
