SOP Wednesday Swimming Classes Pika

Procedure: 1. Tuesday morning: either call YKPA or go to YKPA and ask what the possible pick up time for her swimming class is (it is usually around 13:00, but it can change due to circumstances). 2. Tuesday morning: Text Alex to confirm the pick up time with him. 3. Tuesday morning: Tell Rodney to rent the car for Wednesday. 4. Wednesday morning: Ask the key of the rented car from Rodney. 5. Wednesday: Give the key to Alex once he gets here to pick up the car. 6. Wednesday: Give Alex money for the gas and ask the receipt so that you can declare the receipt at soul surf project Bali. 7. Wednesday: Drive to YKPA to pick Pika up. 8. Wednesday: After the pick up drive to the swimming pool at Bali Kids. 9. SOP Thursday English Lessons YKPA

Procedure: 1. Wednesday: Confirm with YKPA that the English lessons are at 10:00 am on Thursday. 2. Wednesday: Call Monique to confirm to her that the English lessons are at 10:00, to ask if she has prepared a lesson and to ask if she can call YKPA to tell them what she needs for this lesson. 3. Thursday: Intern/Volunteer should be at YKPA at 09:55. 4. Thursday: Monique gives the English lesson while the intern/volunteer takes photos of the lesson. 5. Thursday: Intern/Volunteer edits the photos and places them on Facebook.

SOP Friday Surf Lessons Street Children

Procedure: 1. Thursday: Confirm at YKPA whether the Kuta group (Sadar Sari) or the Denpasar group (Gunung Payung. 2. Thursday: Confirm to Rip Curl which group it is and tell them that the pick up should be at 10:00 am. Ask Rip Curl to confirm the pick up time. 3. Thursday: Once Rip Curl confirms the pick up time, confirm it again to YKPA.

4. Friday: Take the bags with the lycras and boardshorts with you and be at Rip Curl at 10:00 am. 5. Friday: Sort the lycras and the board shorts to the right sizes. 6. Friday: Once the children arrive at Rip Curl, make sure that every child got a lycra and a board short that fits. 7. Friday: Walk with the children to the helmets and make sure that every child has a helmet that fits. 8. Friday: The instructor will give the children a board and then walk with them to the beach. 9. Friday: If there is only one inter/volunteer present, that inter/volunteer takes pictures of the children. If there are two interns/volunteers present one of them takes pictures and one can help in the water if he/she is qualified to do so. 10. Friday: After the lesson is done, make sure that all the helmets and the boards are taken back to Rip Curl. 11. Saturday: Confirm again with Rip Curl that Sunya Giri confirms. 4. Sunday: Take the bag with lycras and boardshorts with you and be at Rip Curl at the pick up time. On the way: pick Prema up at the eco surf shop. 5. Sunday: Sort out the lycras and boardshorts at Rip Curl. 6. Sunday: When the children arrive, make sure that every child has a fitting lycra an board short 7. Sunday: After the children have changed bring them to the helmets and make sure that every child has a helmet that fits. 8. Sunday: The instructor gives them their surfboards and then you walk with all the children to the beach. 9.
