Taviawk HOA Infrastructure Annual Report

Taviawk Homeowners Association

The Infrastructure Committee submits this report to the Taviawk HOA Board for adoption. MISSION The mission of the Infrastructure Committee shall be to advise, assist and recommend to the Taviawk HOA Board of Directors policy involving the maintenance and repair of Common Area and Easement Infrastructure (Exhibit 1) including roads and trails, storm drainage, landscape. The recommendations of the Infrastructure Committee shall be based on their collective judgment as they balance the needs of the community with the financial resources. Responsibilities Recommend Private Road and Trail Maintenance and Repair budget to the Taviawk HOA Board for adoption. Maintain the Taviawk Private Road, Trail, Maintenance and Repair Plan Recommend Infrastructure Maintenance and Repair budget to the Taviawk HOA Board for adoption. Maintain the Taviawk Storm Drainage Maintenance and Repair Plan Recommend Landscape Maintenance and Repair budget to the Taviawk HOA Board for adoption. Maintain the Taviawk Landscape Maintenance and Repair Plan Propose Annual Budget for Taviawk HOA Board of Director Approval. Release construction deposit refund after completion and receipt of certificate of occupancy.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2013 Taviawk Private Road and Trail Maintenance and Repair Plan presented to the Taviawk Board for adoption.
Taviawk Roads Plan - BUDGET SUMMARY updated 12-31-13.

Taviawk HOA, Kayenta Development, and Ivins City collaborated to improve Storm Drainage & Cleanup. Ivins City provided Maintenance and Repair of Public Roads and Trails. Ivins City Public Works provided Taviawk Drive shoulder and median maintenance from 450 N to Shinava Drive. Holbrook Asphalt applied crack fill sealant to all Taviawk private streets and trails. Holbrook Asphalt installed missing or damaged blue Fire Hydrant reflectors Leavitt Construction provided storm cleanup and street sweeping on private roads. Kayenta Community Services provided supplemental landscape maintenance and litter clean up. Taviawk HOA, Kayenta Development, and Ivins City collaborated to maintain LOS visibility. Taviawk HOA Board created and funded the Infrastructure and Construction Reserves. Taviawk HOA Volunteer roster for litter control and construction sign placement.
