A RESOLUTION CONCURRED THE DULY APPROVED RESOLUTION No. 02 OF BARANGAY LAHING-LAHING FORWARDED TO THE SANGGUNIANG FOR APPROPRIATE ACTION THE TRASFER OF THE LAHING-LAHING ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS FROM SITIO DUHUL TO ITS ORIGIN SITE IN BARANGAY LAHING-LAHING, THIS OMAR MUNICIPALITY, SULU PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, the Sanggunian Bayan Members of this Municipality, by virtue of power vested in it is provided under Republic Act. No. 7160 known, as the Local Government Code of 1991 and others laws appurtenant thereto hereby approved resolution No. 0021 series of 2014 concurring Barangay Resolution No. 02, to transfer Lahing-Lahing Elementary School from Sitio Duhul to its origin venue Main Barangay where it is convenient and beneficial to the parents as well as the pupils studied thereat. WHEREAS, after sort of consensus by all august members presence and consideration of the latter for determining the proper venue where the above-mentioned school originated from Barangay Lahing-Lahing, it is in the proper to augment supporting the aforementioned resolution forwarded by the Barangay officials in the in the Sanggunian Bayan, this Municipality, to act promptly as to the convenient and the proper be given favorable action, as the august members deliberated the said agendum.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable HON. ERI U. SALAPUDDIN of the aforementioned purpose, unanimously seconded by all members present, it was, RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved to approve a resolution No. ____ 2014. Resolution Ordinance No.___ A RESOLUTION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SANGGUNIAN BAYAN HOUSE RULES PARTICULARLY ITS REGULAR DAY FROM MONDAY TO TUESDAY OF THE MONTH IN JOINING THE REGULAR SESSION OF SAGGUNIAN MEMBERS OF THIS OMAR MUNICIPALITY, SULU PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, the Sanggunian Bayan Members of this Municipality, by virtue of power vested in it is provided under Republic Act. No. 7160 known, as the Local Government Code of 1991 and others laws appurtenant thereto hereby approved resolution ordinance No. 0021 series of 2014 approving the amendment of House Rules particularly the regular day of Monday to Tuesday of the month in joining/attending regular session by all regular member Sanggunian of the municipality of Omar, Sulu Province. WHEREAS, after sort of consensus by all august members presence and consideration of the latter in determining efficiency of services in aid of legislation for better wide of days in resolving any issue/concern may arise thereon.
