- Crispy Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Salt - as required
sun flower oil or rice bran oil or any other cooking oil as you wish for frying
Method:
1. To remove the insects which are usually present inside the cauliflower, boil the
water add small quantity of turmeric powder and salt to boiling water. After
making the cauliflower into small pieces, put the pieces in boiling water and
switch of the flame. wait of sometime and drain out the water so that the dead
insects if any will be drained out.
2. Mix the flours, chilli powder and salt. Add water to enough quantity to make a
dough.Ensure no plumps or slumps are present.
3. Put the oil in the deep tava, heat it until it is suitable for making the frying. The
cauliflower pieces are dipped in the flour dough and put it in the tava. wait until
the cauliflower turns into golden brown and take out.

4. Now you have to serve the hot fried cauliflower. don't store it because the
crispyness will go and it will not be tastier if you are not eating when it is hot
itself.

Ingredients
3 or 4 bay leaf
1 or 2 sticks cinnamon
Method
1. Heat the oil in pan and add mustard seeds in it when seeds starts cracking add
cinnamon and bay leaf. Fry till golden. Add cumin, chopped ginger, garlic and
green chilly in it fries till all the ingredients turn golden brown.
2. Half boil the cauliflower.
3. Add both types of chopped tomato in it and let them cook for 2 minutes.

4. Add florets of cauliflower and let them cook completely. When all the ingredients
cooked well and cauliflower become tender than add salt and garnish with green
coriander.
5. Serve it hot with Chapatti or Paratha.

Method
1. Clean the cauliflower with boiled water. Grate and keep it aside.
2. Take a kadai put 2 tsp oil.
3. Fry onion till soft then add cauliflower fry for 5 min.
4. Add all other masala and keep it aside.
5. Make two small poories with dough stuff the masala and roll again.
6. Roast the paratha on tava.
7. Taste the hot and delicious Cauliflower Paratha with Onion Raitha.

Ingredients
1 Medium Cauliflower
2 Pinches of Ajinomoto
Salt
Method
1. Soak the Cauliflower Florettes in hot water mixed with 1 tsp salt for 30 minutes.
2. Prepare batter by mixing all the ingredients (except florettes) with sufficient
quantity of water.
3. Add the florettes to this mixture.
4. Heat a Kadai with oil and deep fry the florettes in oil.
5. Serve as a side dish.

Ingredients
2 Tomatoes (diced)
1 Onion (chopped)

Method
1. Cook the Cauliflower and then Cook the Potatoes.
2. In a large Pan heat the olive oil and then add the cumin seeds.
3. When the cumin turns to golden brown add the onions and stir for 3 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes and stir for another five minutes.
5. Now add the cauliflower and potatoes and mix thoroughly.
6. Sprinkle curry powder and salt and cook for five minutes. Now the Dish is ready!!

Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
1 piece ginger
4 green chilies
salt to taste
a pinch of turmeric
Method
1. Pluck the florets of the cauliflower.
2. Chop finely, coriander leaves, ginger and chilies.
3. Mix besan and rice flour with a little water to make a smooth batter. Add chopped
coriander leaves, chilies, ginger, turmeric and salt.
4. Take each floret and coat it with green chutney.
5. Dip each floret in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil .
6. Serve hot with tomato sauce and chili sauce.

Ingredients
1 Cauliflower
1 cup Maida
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Ajinomoto
Method
1. Cut cauliflower into pieces, clean it and add soya sauce into it.
2. Take 3/4 cup maida, 1/2 cup cornflour and add ajinomotoand salt to it.
3. Pour water to it and mix it well.
4. Add cauliflower into it and fry till light brown.
5. Now in a kadai put some oil, add mustard seeds when it crackels add onion and
ginger paste.
6. When onion gets light brown add tomato sauce, chilli sauce.

7. Stir it well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then if required add water.
8. Add 1 tsp maida, 1 tsp vinegar, red chilli powder and salt.
9. After 1 minute add fried cauliflower and take down.
10. Transfer it into a bowl and serve it with Naan or Paratha.

Method
1. Pour oil in a kadai and put some mustard seeds and Jeera and let it fry.
2. Add onion and few curry leaves in it and let it turn brown and add cauliflower
florets in it.
3. Add little turmeric powder and coconut oil, chilli powder, green chillies.
4. Let it mix well and let it fry till soft in a medium heat.
5. Finally add grated coconut and serve it.

Method
1.
prepare cauli- seperate to florets and soak in hot salted water ...
2.
heat kadhai ..add oil ,temper with jeera ,saunf and curry leaves...
3.
add chopped onions...saute until translucent , add cubed potatoes and salt saute
for 5 min add GGP and saute until rawness disappears ....sprinkle water and
cook covered until potato is part done.... add the turmeric pow, biriyani masala
powder and saute for 2 mins ...add the gobi florets and peas and chopped
tomatoes and sprinkle water if necessary and cook till vegetable is done...garnish
with coriander....if using frozen peas add it later....
