KINDLY NOTE
1. This schedule is applicable only for Tuesdays and Thursdays. In case of holiday on these days, Saturday schedule will be followed. 2. Extra trips will be arranged only when transport coordinators are informed 4 hours prior to required service. 3. In case of misconduct/misbehavior/rash driving kindly inform security/coordinators mentioning the drivers name and bus no. on shivak@iith.ac.in , ee12m1003@iith.ac.in, cs12b1044@iith.ac.in. 4 Please be on bus stop before time to board safely and comfortable into the buses. Buses will not wait for people running behind departing buses. Also try to board only from bus stops (all security gates) to save time and to avoid inconvenience to others. 5. Smoking and consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited in Buses and Bus stop premises if caught doing so, strict action will be taken. Please inform us if you find any Driver/student/others doing so. 6. Nobody is authorized to modify/arrange the trips or modify time/route of buses except for the transport coordinators/faculty in charge. If found doing so, disciplinary action would be taken as per the institute rules institute rules. 7. Gates of buses will be closed on departure from Security Gate 4 and Security gate Institute. However buses will stop in between two destinations if anybody want to board/get down. 8. Last trip to KANDI will depart only if minimum 6 students are willing to go. 9. Buses different than the numbers mentioned in schedule may depart in unavoidable circumstances, Student going to Shankar Pally, KANDI are therefore requested to confirm the bus no. before boarding. 10. More than 40 students cant be accommodated in Kandi trips to avoid action by RTO officials. 11. Necessary changes will be done in schedule upon permission from faculty in charge. Among students only transport coordinators hold authority to change schedule. 12. Damage to buses in any sense is an offence under Damage to Property any such activity will be root of severe disciplina ry action. 13. Timings followed will be as per the wall clocks on Security gate1, Hostel premises and Security gate Institute. 14. Nobody except for students/security/faculty has right to access complaint books kept on Security gates.
